Dawn Lechner with Dawn's Travel has coordinated our annual KFDI Cruise with Carol for the last four years.   Each year, we take anywhere from 150 to 240 listeners with us to the Western Caribbean.   Two years we have also taken a country music artist with us as entertainment for our group on the ship.   When you are coordinating travel and activities for this many listeners as well as professional musicians, it is imperative that every detail is executed flawlessly and with Dawn, it always is.   She puts 110% of her energy into making sure her client's expectations are met and that every trip she plans for them is a "trip of a life time."   I refer people to Dawn all the time not only for group trips but also for family vacations.   Her upbeat, positive attitude and attention to detail are a breath of fresh air in today's society where quality customer service is getting harder and harder to find.
